    The Self-Regulation Station provides empirically-driven techniques and application-based practices derived from innovative science and high-profile performance domains. The purpose of the podcast is to educate you on the significance of self-regulation; formulated to increase your productivity and vitality, better your sleep, reduce your stress, and maybe even improve your overall mentality. You will learn everything you need to know about the construct and acquire a skill set beneficial to your everyday life.

    Each season is specifically formatted across an 8-week release schedule with one episode published each week. The schedule is 'serial' meaning the latest episode incorporates context from previous episodes. Each episode is approximately 10-min to focus on one component of self-regulation. This particular format lends itself to the positive outcomes of behavior modification. The objective is to provide a pragmatic approach to develop a greater sense of equanimity. Humans thrive in equilibrium––let’s begin to cultivate your balance.
