    So many people want the golden ticket to fat loss, muscle growth, and nutrition. The truth is that there isn't a one size fits all. When comparing whether you should do cardio or weight training for weight loss, it largely depends on what you enjoy and what you will stick to consistently.  We always think that one person has all the answers, one exercise is king, or what works for them will work for us. This is not the case, there are many "right" ways.
