Incredible Resource
BB Glynn has written a great book and it is narrated expertly by Samantha Novak.
As a parent of 3 teenagers it is my goal to try to find resources for my boys to excel during their teen years and beyond. This book and its 5 step framework will help empower your teens and give them the emotions and overcome their stress.
My favorite part of the book for my boys and in today's world is how to help navigate social media and other digital interactions to help them keep a positive self-image.
I highly recommend this book!!!!

Coping Skills for teens
This is a great book to help your teens navigate their life and learn some coping tools so they don't get overwhelmed. It provides understanding to help them recognize their triggers and in doing so they can use it as a steppingstone in their journey. One of my favorite topics discussed is self-compassion and learning to treat yourself with the same compassion and respect you show others.
Another point covered in the book is how to maintain a healthy self-image while using social media platforms.
I recommend this book to all parents that want to encourage and build up your teens to become their best self, while also being supportive of others.

Fabulous Tool
I have 2 brothers whose families are in crisis. Combined these families have 3 teenagers. I was looking for something to help them cope (along with their counselors - only 1 of the three is in counseling). This book is a solid resource, and the writing style is accessible to teens. I would never give teens a book without reading it first, and this one is a winner. Favorite chapters: Conversations With Self and Navigating Emotional Triggers. Thanks for a book that will help countless teens through the labyrinth that is the modern world.

Excellent Listen
Glynn does a wonderful job in "Coping Skills for Teens" to help teens understand and master their emotions. This would have been very beneficial when I was a teen and I am sharing this with my children as we hope to have better teen years than I remember. A great start for both parents and teens.
