This is an empowering Audiobook for women! It has a great approach towards confidence and helps women through menopause. This audiobook does a great job of breaking down what menopause is - the symptoms and the stages. Sprinkled with humor and honesty, its a lighthearted look at something that can be taboo. I loved that it came with a PDF for workouts and a 28 day meal plan. I made the almond flour pancakes yesterday and will be trying the salmon spinach salad tomorrow.
