Which was my favorite element of the 12?

Not your typical personal finance book. The author's background as a personal financial attorney allowed him to cover topics most of the personal finance gurus are not qualified to talk about such as tax planning and estate planning. The Estate Planning element was my favorite element of the twelve generational-wealth-building elements because it delved into how to effectively and efficiently pass on any accumulated wealth to loved ones.

The wealth and investment advice that is shared is similar to what you might find in most investment guides, but this Audible is like having a 2 in one, approach to the topic. He covers the investment side and a compassionate story of the author's personal journey, which I'm sure has driven him to achieve his dream, it inspired me, to follow his lead. Especially in the fifth element of debt management a must-listen for those who may be struggling in this area. In the financial turmoil of the world at present, I recommend a listen!
