Good review of leadership methods
I found this book valuable to listen to, especially on a long commute to work each day. The leadership principles and methods are a good review of how managers should listen to and respect their staff members. While there is practical advice in the book, the author shares that he has years of experience as a CEO and COO, and it would have been helpful for him to share some of the personal experiences that gave him, which led him to become a more empathetic leader.

What every leader needs!
I gained tremendous value from listening to this book, as it has opened my eyes and broadened my horizons on the power of empathy when in a leadership role.
The book is very well-written, as the chapters follow and complement each other perfectly, teaching you how to be empathetic as a leader and explaining why this approach will help you level up and get the best from your team.
I particularly enjoyed the chapter on remote working and how to apply your newfound empathic leadership strategies to your team from home. I found there were also general managerial tips included as well, such as creating cool backgrounds and having a different theme each day. Along with this, the author explains the common issues that are encountered by remote employees and lays out the strategies to solve them using the empathetic approach.
I completely resonate with the author when he explains empathy as putting yourself in someone else shoes and focusing on feeling what they feel, as contemplating this helps to understand that person much better. Using this with active listening (a technique in the book) helps you build trusting relationships.
Overall, great book, and I highly recommend it to all leaders out there!

Nice
If you want to take your career or lifestyle to the next level, I recommend you read this book. This book will teach you empathy in the workplace something that many people in management don't understand. It even goes over how empathizing with your team can build harder workers. If everyone in management gave this book a read I think the world would be better.
