• The Life You Want vs. Fear
    Jan 14 2025

Living intentionally doesn’t guarantee ease or perfection.

It requires making hard decisions and staying true to your values, even when the path is challenging.

Ultimately, there’s no right or wrong answer. Just choices. Made one after the other to the best of your ability.

With intention at the helm, those choices lead to outcomes that - although difficult - are filled with pride, love and growth.

    Your Turn to Reflect

Clarity comes from your own reflections, values and intentions. Below is an invitation to reflect on this in your own life using the audio above to guide you.

    • Is there a situation you’re currently facing where you are balancing values vs. fear, risk, uncertainty, etc.?
    • What would your values and intentions tell you to do?
    • What is one small thing you can do to start moving in the direction of that choice?

  • Releasing external expectations and moving at your own pace
    Jan 8 2025

Every time I’ve found alignment and peace, it’s because I slowed down and listened to my intuition.

I let go of the rush and trusted the pace that felt right for me. I chose to:

    • Simplify instead of overextend.
    • Stabilize instead of sprint.
    • Feel instead of force.

And in those moments, I remember something powerful: Freedom isn’t in doing more. It’s in trusting your own rhythm.

True freedom comes from within—from listening to your intuition, moving at your own pace, and letting go of external expectations.

    Your Invitation to Reflect

Below is a reflection opportunity for you to get clear on where this exists in your own life. Take a moment to settle in and consider the questions below using the audio above to guide you. When you’re finished with the visualization, answer the following questions:

    • Are you moving at a pace that feels aligned with your true self?
    • What external expectations could you let go of to create more freedom in your life?
    • How can you listen to your intuition more deeply this week?

  • The self-care rhythms that ground us
    Jan 2 2025

Life has a way of derailing our carefully laid plans.

Whether it’s the chaos of the holidays, an unexpected illness, or the daily demands of work and family, the pressure can feel unbearable at times.

It’s easy to lose ourselves in the doing, striving to make everything “perfect” and taking care of everyone else’s needs while ignoring what truly matters to us.

But what we really need is what grounds us in those moments—the steady rhythms that tether us to our authentic selves and allow us to navigate life’s unpredictability with grace.

Below is a reflection opportunity for you to get clear on where this exists in your own life. Take a moment to settle in and consider the questions below using the audio above to guide you. When you’re finished with the visualization, answer the following questions:

    • What simple practices keep you tethered to your most authentic self and life vision?
    • What’s one thing you could do or change to ensure that practice is prioritized in your life today?

  • Knowing the subtle difference between when to let go and when to lean in
    Dec 26 2024

When we find ourselves stuck in a cycle of sacrifice or overwhelm, it’s worth pausing to ask:

Am I gripping the wheel because it serves me, the situation and those around me? Or because I’m afraid of letting go?

I read something this week from Elena Brower that cements this point. In reflecting on the death of her dear friend and honoring her beautiful soul and life, she shared words of wisdom that hit deep:

“Once you know it’s time to leave, don’t stay.”

Once you know where you need to let go, don’t hold tightly. Release. Let life flow. Let yourself be free of any expectations, standards or unnecessary fears, especially those that are self-imposed.

You’ve got this one life, don’t live it in the pursuit of something (or someone) that is not aligned with your vision and ultimate purpose.

When you’re finished with the visualization, answer the following questions:

    • Where are you clinging too tightly in your life right now?
    • What’s your vision? What are you actually trying to achieve? And for whom?
    • Are you sacrificing your well-being, joy, or peace for a “gold medal” no one’s handing out? Or are you feeling called to lean in and let go of anything that’s holding you back?
    • What would it look like to let go? What would it FEEL like to let go?

  • The Quiet Tension between Growth and Connection
    Dec 18 2024

The holidays are supposed to be a time of joy and connection, but when you’re navigating career change or business growth, the season takes on a unique weight.

For many of us, the pressure isn’t just the packed social calendar or the endless to-do lists—it’s the quiet hum of professional stress that never turns off. It’s the worry about finances, the question of how to build momentum for the new year, and the constant tension between honoring our goals and staying present with the people who matter most.

The collision of work stress and holiday expectations leaves little room for grace. We end up rushing, snapping, and carrying tension into moments that should feel joyful. And if we’re not careful, the season slips by, leaving behind more regret than connection.

Balancing Professional Growth and Holiday Joy

Here’s the truth: work doesn’t pause for the holidays, especially if you’re navigating change. And the holidays don’t pause for work.

But with awareness and intention, we can set boundaries that honor both our professional goals and the season’s deeper meaning.

    Your Turn to Reflect

Below is a reflection opportunity to help you feel your own clarity this holiday season. Take a moment to settle in and consider the questions below using the audio above to guide you.

    • How do you want your holiday to feel this year?
    • What boundaries can you set around work and holiday commitments to create space for what matters?
    • How can you use your personal values to guide your decisions this season?

  • Choosing a Life That Sets Your Soul on Fire
    Dec 13 2024

True wealth is in how we feel about the life we’ve lived looking back on it.

And when I think back to all the financial challenges we’ve faced, I feel proud. Each one felt insurmountable at the time, but each one taught us to lean harder into our values. To learn, grow, and build something more intentional. To resist the pull of society’s narrative and instead craft our own.

What Do You Want to Remember?
When you’re faced with a tough decision, ask yourself this: What do you want to remember at the end of your life? Is it the hours spent chasing societal success, or the moments that made your heart feel full?

    Your Turn to Reflect
Below is a quick reflection opportunity. Take a moment to settle in and consider the questions below using the audio above to guide you.

    • What are the “pictures” on your wall that represent your North Star?
    • What’s a situation in your life right now that feels uncertain?
    • How can you use your own version of the “pictures” to reconnect you with your values and provide clarity in the moment?
    • What would it look like to prioritize what truly matters—even if it defies societal expectations?

  • Profound change starts with quiet reflection: The practice of upleveling life
    Dec 13 2024

The most profound changes in life happen with a healthy mix of intention and surrender.

The intention grounds us in a deep understanding of who we are and what we want - independently or with a partner.

Surrender is acceptance that we don’t have control over “how” or “if” something unfolds.

But with a conscious balance of both, we can move forward in more alignment, ease, respect and acceptance, ultimately experiencing more of what we want, and less of what we don’t.

    YOUR TURN TO REFLECT

Below is a reflection opportunity to help you get started on your intention(s) for the next week. Take a moment to settle in and consider the questions below using the audio above to guide you.

When you’re finished with the visualization, answer the following questions:

    • Identify one thing in your life right now that is expanding your energy.
    • Write an intention for how you will do more of that thing or make sure that you regularly prioritize it.
      • I intend to….
    • Next, identify one thing in your life right now that is draining your energy.
    • Write an intention for how you will de-prioritize, redesign, delegate or delete that thing from your life
      • I intend to….

  • Your No Regrets Era: Living & Growing with Intention
    Dec 3 2024

The most powerful tool I ever use is the question, “If I died tomorrow, would I be proud of the way I lived today?”

That question has sparked tremendous clarity and change in our lives.

It has put the power in OUR hands instead of in the world outside of us.

It has guided us to say yes to what matters and no to what no longer serves us.

It has provided a path forward when everything has felt dark.

Most importantly, it has led to the most beautiful moments of our lives.
