About this listen
Get Fit on One Meal a Day
Just because you're dieting does not mean you cannot exercise.
In fact, exercising in a fasted state has many benefits, and can help you to increase your muscle gain if you do it right. The OMAD Workout is your solution to melting your body fat and replacing it with lean muscle.
OMAD is a diet that gets better fat loss and glucose control, proven to help you lose weight. This is meant to help you get the most nutrients from the foods you eat, while keeping your calories down. All with no hunger, and more importantly no cravings.
Getting fit does not require you to spend hours at the gym.
Adding exercise to that just requires the right approach to make the most of your body's natural processes. Your diet helps with the fat loss, exercise helps you put on the muscle and if you do it right you can put on muscle with a focused one hour approach.
Putting the two together, you will see powerful results that help you achieve the body image you've always wanted.
This is not fad diet, OMAD intermittent fasting is backed by numerous scientific studies.

- How to integrate exercise into your diet and make them stick
- How to exercise while fasted
