Informative and great steps to start

My wife wanted to understand about intermitant fasting and this audible delivered everything that you could know from what it is about through to the implementation strategies that she has already started. It's reassuring with the science and practical experience that is interwoven throughout the audible makes this a really compelling listen (compared to all the other rubbish intermittent fasting audibles out there). A must listen to anyone wanting to get in better shape and feel more energetic about life.

IF made easy

This is a great guide to intermittent fasting for anyone, not just for woman. It is full of helpful tips to effectively perform IF on a day to day basis and then it also goes into the possible health benefits if the eating patter Is followed.

Fast On

I got this for my wife as she is always trying the latest fad diets and amazingly the first two chapters in this book are her latest craze of intermittent fasting. There is plenty of information on this topic on the benefits and how to go about it. What she also seemed to dig in these chapters was the results of a scientific study which was conducted. Chapter six seemed to sit well with her as its all about goal setting and targets and how to achieve positive change through you specific goals. In one of the future chapters there is a lot on macronutrients and what they are and the importance of getting the correct balance of the said. The book is 5 hours worth of useful information on fasting and would be a fabulous present for most women

very informative

To aid in my weight loss efforts, I read this book. As it seems more relevant to my wife, I may have her read it as well. This work, however, is both insightful and instructive. I read up on the research supporting intermittent fasting and the reasons you should give it a go. It includes suggestions on what to eat and what to avoid. I'm a guy, and I find this to be quite useful.

In my 50s, I have noticed a consistent interest expressed by men in their 30s towards me. Internally, I find myself thinking, "Kids, grow up." While there are advantages to appearing about 20 years younger than my actual age, such as good health, attractiveness, and the attention of younger men, there are also downsides. On one hand, younger men who do not meet my personal standards pursue me, while on the other hand, qualified men may hesitate to ask me out due to concerns about being associated with someone solely interested in material gain. This has been my experience after the passing of my husband, leaving me to navigate life alone.

Recently, I came across a book titled "Intermittent Fasting for Women Over 50: A Beginner's Step-by-Step Guide to Lose Weight Effortlessly, Anti-Aging, Healthy Living, and Longevity." Surprisingly, it confirmed that I have unknowingly been practicing intermittent fasting for over 15 years, using the ingredients, recipes, and techniques outlined in the book. Not only have I maintained my mental acuity, surpassing that of my college-age children, but I also possess physical agility, able to engage in activities like brisk walking for over an hour, followed by resistance training.
