Riley Caldwell's book exceeded my expectations! I've read plenty on intermittent fasting, and have also done IF sporadically throughout my 60s, mainly to lose weight. However, the author opened my eyes to so much that I never knew. Riley explains what happens to our bodies as we age, including hormonal issues that affect us in so many ways. This book also goes into detail, highlighting ALL its benefits, including cell regeneration and improved insulin function. The mental and physical effects are life changing, giving one greater energy and and clarity. There is no one way to start your IF routine. The meal plan, scheduling, and other helpful tools are all in here, so there's no guesswork. Learn the 5 principles of Intermittent fasting to keep you focused and encouraged. I've learned so much through this book, and am on my way to incorporating much of the information in my healthier eating program. I highly recommend! 5 stars!
