Wow. A very much needed and helpful work.

I have most definitely faced workplace burnout, as well as depression, compassion fatigue, anxiety and stress. All of it. I appreciate how the author makes distinctions between these ailments and sheds light on the way forward. I wish I'd had this back when I was in the middle of all of it.

I'd definitely recommend this.

Relatable and resourceful book

I experience burnout very regularly and never understood why and how to fix it. Chapter 3 & 4 has shed some light for me that it’s partly physical and partly mental. I now understand it’s the mental part that hurts me the most. The author also gives many relatable exmaples which led to me to having many aha moments. Like how to celebrate small wins and adjusting my workload so it doesn’t affect my self-esteem of not finishing my tasks. It also made me realise I should start drawing boundaries and saying no more often. I highly recommend this book because I know a lot of people face the same challenges that I do. It’ll definitely help you!

Burn No More

The book is a timely and insightful exploration into the increasingly prevalent issue of burnout in today's professional world. It serves as an indispensable resource for employees, managers, and organizations seeking to recognize, prevent, and address burnout within their work environments. Chapter two is a proper eye opener and it displays the difference between the likes of tiredness and burnout. The book is very professionally narrated like what you would expect for such a topic

From Stress to Success!

Wonderful book that not just explores burnout's nuances, but also distinguishes it from stress and depression! Chapter 3, "Spotting Burnout in the Workplace," resonated deeply with me. When it started outlining the intricacies of office politics and the subtle signs of burnout, I was reminded of a time when I struggled with the pressure to be constantly productive. The relatable anecdotes shared in this chapter added a personal touch, making the content more impactful. Highly recommended!
