love this book
We all know that we need to exercise and eat healthy but most of us do not do it. I always think that i do not have enough time for that. Tlp0his book showed me how little time i need to stay active and how to prepare healthy food in no time. What really got me as well is amazing explanation of the difference between healthy diet and weight loss diet. Highly recommended.

Great fitness book
This is a great book that provides detailed exercise plan you can use to stay healthy in less than 20 minutes. The book provides step-by-step guide to staying healthy and provides meal ideas which are both healthy and necessary to stay healthy. Overall, a great book.

You Have No Excuses After Listening to This Book
This audiobook makes getting healthier easy and more enjoyable, and you don't need money to do it. The author discusses how you don't need any special stuff like gym gear. You can do fun exercises at home for just ten minutes, maybe while watching your favorite TV show. It's great for someone who's just starting out or doesn't really know much about working out while debunking the myth that you need money and a gym membership to get started getting in shape. It's all about taking baby steps. Nutrition is by far the hardest part of the health journey, and the recipes included in this book are a lifesaver for people like me that dread looking online for cook books or blog recipes to try.

Silvana never disappoints . . .
I have had the pleasure of accumulating a few of the author's books and Silvana never stops surprising me. This title has lots of interesting pointers especially for those busy folks (myself included) in our fast pace lifestyles that prevent us from committing to a long term routine. The attached guide was an excellent follow along especially with illustrations and a snippet for her next book has already peaked my interest. I wish Silvana can create a video course in near future as that would be super beneficial to us! Thank you again for your commitment to healthy living. TWO THUMPS once AGAIN!

All-in-one package
This book offers all the advice that people in order to get healthy and turn there life around. along with the factual advice given in this book it also does a great job at providing motivation for the reader and could inspire a lot of people into making a real difference in there lives. I am an experienced trainer and I find it interesting to buy these type of books and see if they hold up - I can confidently say this book talks a lot of truth!

Simple and Clear!
No complex techniques, No Vigorous diet plan and No useless tips. This book is very simple and clear of what you want and what you don't want in order to stay fit and healthy and have a quality life.

Lets get exercising
Exercise and diet are the two key components of maintaining a healthy body. A great listen which combines both important aspects. The meal ideas were pure gold as they were obviously healthy but importantly they were easy to rustle up which is perfect for a busy person like myself
