Very Good Resource

I enjoyed listening to this audiobook as a health enthusiast. I like that this book started with the essentials and ended with a 4-week strength training plan. There is also a bonus on nutrition, a critical factor in maintaining strength in your senior years. Excellent gift for my mother

Amazing results

I wanted to find a good solution for my grandpa since he is starting to show difficultly getting around. I decided to listen to this audiobook to come up with tips and it provided me with a great workout plan for what he can currently do.

Now he is showing improvement with his health and walks around without taking longer!
