Good book
Like many people, I overthink everything, even the small situations. This book helped me to be more conscious of when I overthink so I can try to control it.
It provides different tools but my favorite is the "brain dump" exercise. it makes me feel like the weight has been lifted off my shoulders.

finally, a book that gets it!
If overthinking had an off switch, I would’ve found it by now. But this book comes pretty close! It explains why we get stuck in our heads and, more importantly, how to break the cycle. The advice is actually doable—no vague “just let go” nonsense. It feels like a conversation with a friend who totally understands the struggle and hands you a roadmap to peace of mind. Definitely worth a read if your brain refuses to chill!

This book felt like it was written for me. The strategies are refreshingly simple but effective—I’ve already tried the "brain dump" exercise, and it’s a game-changer for clearing mental clutter. I appreciated how it broke down what fuels overthinking and offered actionable ways to manage it without feeling overwhelming. The self-care tips were a nice bonus, too. If you’re tired of feeling stuck in your own head, this guide is exactly what you need to find clarity and calm.

Finding a way out
I went into this book hoping for something practical, and honestly, it delivered. It doesn’t just talk about overthinking—it actually gives solid ways to stop getting stuck in your own head. The explanations are simple, and the advice feels doable, which I really appreciated. One thing that stood out was how it breaks down why we overthink in the first place—made me realize I wasn’t just “bad at making decisions.” If I had one nitpick, it’s that some parts felt a little repetitive, but overall, super helpful. If your thoughts ever feel like a hamster wheel you can’t escape, this is worth a read.

Finally, Something That Actually Helps
I’ve read so much about overthinking, but this audiobook hit differently. Instead of just telling me to "stop worrying," it gave me real, practical ways to change my thought patterns. I’ve already noticed a shift in how I approach decisions and relationships less stress, more clarity. The advice is simple but powerful, and it doesn’t feel like a lecture.

Very helpful
Listening to this, I felt like the author really understood my frustration and my inability to get free from my thoughts. Decisions are so hard for me. I think, re-think, and then don't myself, change my mind, and never ever settle on a decision. This audiobook helped give me new ways to think about my anxiety, overcome it, and move forward with much less worry and anxiety.
