Well-Being for Women

I agree with the author that nobody can hear our thoughts, only ourselves. Thoughts are powerful, and healing can come when we pursue them, and they will disappear if we don't put them into practice. Many factors we learn in society may affect us, but when our partner asks us what happened, we either share our issue or not, but it affects our moon. Identifying your trauma and understanding its impact is crucial to understand. I learned a lot from this audiobook; it's very informative.

Fantastic Resource

This is such a wonderful book! This is an essential book for all the women out there who struggle to take care of themselves and are always putting others first. I appreciate that this book goes over what unresolved trauma can do, and how it can manifest in the body/brain as PTSD- we were not meant to live life with unprocessed trauma! The author also goes over how we must process our trauma through a grieving process- this is essential to healing. I thank for author for writing this book, as it is a blessing and will be a blessing for many women. I highly recommend this book!
