Great Book! Informative and Easy to Follow!

I'm always interested in finding great resources for my aging parents and grandparents! This resource is great and will definitely be up their alley. Great exercise book for seniors

This is a great audiobook with lots of tips and exercises on how to improve your balance. I’ve noticed over the last few years that my balance hasn’t been as good as it used to be. This book helped me a lot. Inside this book you can find plenty of exercises to help with stability. The exercises are not hard to do. It’s also important to mention that this audiobook comes with the pdf where you can see the pictures of all the exercises to make sure you’re doing them correctly.
