More than expected

I have always been fascinated by home remedies, and this book does a great job of covering far more than I expected in a great level of detail without feeling wordy or confusing. Love the book

In the beginning the audiobook starts with calm, sweet music to entertain us. This book empowers you with natural wellness and the ability to be stronger. I can use this book to heal any potential struggles that I may be facing. It empowers you with the tools to nurture your body and mind. When I do yoga, I will play this audiobook a few times so I can feel the joy of strengthening my body and mind. I enjoyed the voice of the narrator and the story.

This is a great resource for me and my family. I love learning about the natural remedies to take care of my kids.
