Great information about the Mind-Gut Connection

I feel like this is one of the most vital health topics you could learn about today. I really appreciated the explanation the author gave about the microbiome, which I feel can be very confusing, but the author really explained it well and in a way that made a lot of sense. The connection between gut health and brain function is absolutely fascinating and you could tell the author has researched this topic quite a bit. The recommendations for improving the health of the microbiome were easy to implement and I like that the author took a holistic approach in their recommendations. They discuss nutritional supplements that can be helpful, but also emphasize the importance of improving your diet and the difference that can have on your gut health. If you are someone who has an interest in this topic or need help with your health and energy levels, I think you'll find this audiobook to be incredibly helpful.

Match made in heaven

It is so incredible to realise how interconnected the gut and the mind are. So it makes complete sense to have a 2 in 1 audiobook that delves into both topics. I have learned so much about the benefits of a healthier gut and the lifestyle changes to get there. But this is not just a 'how to' guide. You can tell it is well-researched and I have really enjoyed learning about the science behind the benefits.

Live a far healthier (physical + mental) life!

I have been listening/reading man books on health of late, and this one is one of the best I have listene to. it is audiobook packed with great guides around gut health and how to take care of your stomach, and also a lot of great tips and techniques around your mental wellbeing too. I loved that fact it was 2-1 and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to take better care of themselves.
