Hope in a book

I read this book shortly after it came out, and I have just finished listening to it (long drives = perfect time to learn). I was taken to fat clubs from around 12 years old (with likely hardly any weight to lose) it had the negative effect of disordered eating, food fear and I steadily gained weight. Now at 36 even when I go on very low fat, low calorie diets my weight hardly goes down, and I feel awful. I have been obese most of my adult life. Now with this books help I am making daily morning shakes, trying my best to navigate PHFF, and I have realised that I most likely need to heal my metabolism and build strength to be able to finally take control without starving myself. This book is just so much hope, if your like me and have tried everything, stuck to it and seen minimal results then buy this book and learn about food and your body in a way that wasn’t taught at day club!!!
