Loved it

This book's refreshingly honest take on self-improvement clicked with me. Instead of promising miraculous overnight changes, it respects how messy real life is. Love how it breaks down mental wellness into tiny, doable steps that don't require turning your whole world upside down.

Good resource for self improvement

The book discusses the power of incremental improvements and introduces the listener to the idea that making small, consistent changes will lead to significant results. The book examines the science behind habit formation and provides insights into behavioral psychology to help create lasting habits. I also found the chapter on emotional regulations very interesting, and the sections about setting realistic goals and motivational strategies were also very educational. The book is practical, and introduces tools such as habit tracking and habit stacking, offering practical methods to stay on course, which I found helpful.
Highly recommended for anyone looking to enhance their mental and physical well-being through manageable, everyday actions.

Very Thought Provoking & Full of Ideas

When I first started to listen to this book, I was skeptical of what I would get out of it. However, as I got into it, I became increasingly enthused, and impressed by the amount of ideas and suggestions the author made in this book. Infact, I even went back and reread the entire book again. Very good reading ! Try it. You won’t be disappointed.

A Comprehensive Introduction

As a coach in the self-improvement world with years of experience, I'm impressed by this "introduction" to self improvement. It covers A LOT of ground and valuable strategies. Someone could easily discount or overlook the value of what's discussed in this book but perhaps that's part of the lesson to be able to look at everything with a fresh, open mind to see what nuggets can be gained as if you didn't know anything about the subject! And if you don't know anything about the subject, listen multiple times! Cheers

If you are new to the topic, there's enough actionable content to get you started; you can then go further in the directions you want to explore.
