Clear, practical and so helpful

This is an amazing audiobook. First of all, it is very clearly written and easy to follow. You are gently inroiduced to the concepts described throughout the book, and the explanations are clear, focused and sequential. Secondly, the practical tips and exercises are easy to follow and effective. There are many exercises, lifestyle modification suggestions, and tips that are gently encouraged, giving you the confidence to overcome your anxiety without the use of medication. This is such a valuable book - well recommended.

Best CBT Audiobook for Anxiety and Panic Attacks

I've been searching for something to help me manage my anxiety, and this audiobook really delivered. Full of helpful strategies

I've been informally studying psychology strategies for managing my emotional state for years and I would say that this audiobook covers an incredible amount of potential actions. This in itself could be overwhelming so I'd recommend triaging and deciding what works best for you to START with and something that you can begin with and aim for some degree of consistency. And then with time, add more, bit by bit. My two cents but use this as a tool with a lot of information and come back to the rest / re-listen when you're ready to again!
