It's not too late!
This book really opened my eyes about my own past mistakes in overeating to my children’s frustrating behavior, though remarkably it didn’t make me feel guilty. Some of the examples were spot-on, almost verbatim to situations that I faced. My wife was much better at this, and I wish I had read/listened to this or books like it when my kids were young. Mercifully, these strategies work not only with kids but with other difficult personal situations in life. Highly recommended,

Very Useful!
This audiobook is quite useful for dealing with my anger, especially in the context of dealing with my child. My kid has ADHD and doesn't always listen until the 100th time you've said something. I always appreciate insights to help me not feel crazy, but also to enable me to be the best parent I can be!

If you have children you probably know how it can occasionally rattle your nerves. The audiobook does a great job of working through cyclonical triggers and the patterns we can end up repeating over and over and how to avoid them. It donesnt just focus on changing you mindset but also the steps you can take with your children's behaviours to improve things. If your at your whit's end this might be perfect.
