  • 2. The Three Languages of The Nervous System: Let's Re-Wire Your Autopilot

    Your nervous system is for the most part one big autopilot that's operating on your behalf to serve you, based on a setting that was put together by default when you were little. When we understand that said autopilot is in charge of how our life unfolds, it is within our interest to make sure it works on our favor.

    Since our parents had little to know insight and knowledge about this (we don't blame them, how could they know when it wasn't wildly recognized back then?), it is is not set in a favorable way for a lot of us. That leaves us with two options: 1) leave it as is and live with the consequences (your life unfolding the same way it has up until now), or 2) go in and make changes to it to set it up in a way that will generate your dream life (no limitations).

    This episode will teach you how to successfully choose option number 2 and make sure you kick ass at it!
