Very relaxing
I had a break from work and decided to listen to these meditations. I actually fell asleep and I would try to wake up and couldn’t and had to take a break so as to wake up. I am always busy doing something and I was surprised by how relaxed I got.

Relaxing book
This book is relaxing. The author and narrator has done an excellent job in keeping anyone relaxed. Listening to this audiobook has helped me to relax and participate in an activity I'm not accustomed to doing. But because of the calm given by this book, anyone can easily do yoga like I did.

Calming, grounding, helped me against insomnia
This audiobook was recommended to me by a close friend and I can only say that it has worked magic on me.. Recently I have been overloaded with work and quite stressed, so listening to this before going to bed has helped me fall asleep straight away and sleep deeply without waking up.
If you struggle with insomnia or relaxing your mind after a busy day of work I can really recommend this audiobook to you.

Very relaxing book
My experience of listening to this audiobook was excellent. Relaxing and enjoyable, the narrator and author have done a great job at ensuring the listener remains relaxed throughout the book. Besides yoga benefits, this book may also interest you if you are looking for a book about other health benefits associated with yoga. Worth listening to this book. I highly recommend it.

Peaceful!.
Trysha Hislop has a beautiful and calming voice. This very well-presented audiobook will relax you and reduce stress. If you have trouble sleeping I suggest you put it on before you go to sleep, it will work wonders for you.

Great before bed
I often have difficulties to fall asleep healthily as I always get racing thoughts and tend to have leftover stress whenever the day has been challenging. This guided meditation audiobook has actually been helping me a lot! It's lovely, warm and relaxing and it really does help to calm that over-stimulated mind. I feel I can drift off easier when I put this on about half an hour before bed. Would 100% recommend!

Very relaxing experience
I wasn't sure what I was expecting with this really but to be honest I feel great! The narrator was a great pick for this, her voice was smooth and relaxing and the meditation itself made me feel very peaceful and mellow. Highly recommended if you have a couple of hours and you really want to unwind. Find a quiet place and put this on and you will feel your stress dissipate.

Relaxing!
This book will be a great one for Yoga lovers. However, Yoga Nidra relaxes and is easy to practice, and anyone can do it, especially those interested in improving their sleeping habits, to relieve stress, pain, and tension. The narrator makes it easy to listen and relax, and the mindfulness will relax with daily practice. Yoga Nidra is an effective relaxation method that can be easy with the audiobook.
