Very effective!
"This Yoga Nidra meditation is beautifully executed. I was feeling wired and overtired when I put it on, and it managed to calm my mind and centred me so well that I couldn't tell you how it ended because I fell fast asleep, which is exactly what I wanted!"

Yoga nidra explained
"Intensive and enlightening . The book gives practice along the talks. The voice was a little high pitch and it required some investment to become accustomed to it. Other than that, would prescribe. Take as much time as necessary, appreciate the excursion. Good audiobook I don't understand why this review has to be so many words in length? Why not take me at my word and accept that I finished the book and that in saying that, it was good enough to complete. "

Well worth the credit
"Put it this way, if you are the kind of person who struggles on getting to sleep or may be stressed out continuously this is 100% the audiobook for. I struggle in life with both of these issues and i must say that since i have been listening to this my problems have started to clear up."

This is a great audiobook for any new Wiccan
"I gain so much from this book. I previously attempted some activity in it truly assist me with loosening up my mind and get free my pressure. What a great book!
"With this book, you can learn important data about how to use rest contemplation, and how yoga nidra has an impact in this. It gives a top to bottom clarification of the way of thinking of Yoga Nidra just as its useful application, and its advantages. I prescribe for all. I feel so relaxed, this audio book really set asides your problems you have and lets you focus on your inner peace instead. For me who is someone who suffers with anxiety, this audiobook really is a life changer for me."

Great book full of great information!
"I love everything about this book, the repetition is really great to learn from, and the conversational bits with examples makes it really interesting. Its good to have the chapters separate for practice and theory- I am listening on the go & so can come back to the practice when ready. The whole tone of voice and language is spot on & helping me find my own voice too. I can’t wait to bring it all in to practice. I will be guiding Nidra soon at a new yoga studio here in Coventry, in Warwickshire, UK so very grateful for the extra guidance. The book is super helpful & simple. I also really like how Nidra is explained to be a part of day to day living as well, it’s helping me check in with myself even more & realign to my goals & intentions even deeper throughout the day!"
