If you give this a chance, it works! Nothing better than trying to get a better night's sleep. As I said in the title, this works quite well at helping me fall asleep the first time that I use it at night. Unfortunately, I usually wake up several times through the night and this doesn't seem to work as well when I use it then.

I've listened to this book twice now and all I can tell you is... I'm out like a light before the book ends. I don't even remember what all is being said. I just know how I wake up. I'm energized, I'm relaxed, and I have less stress weighing me down.

I use sleep phones with this and it works great. It puts me into an altered state. This author, in my opinion, has excellent products for hypnosis, very effective. Great if you just want to experience a deep meditative state too. I was provided a free review copy of this audiobook at my request and have left this review voluntarily.

What a relief! The first night I used it, I fell into a deep sleep and slept through the night. No drugs, just a natural sleep. I highly recommend this audiobook. The voice is very soothing and comforting. I'm now asleep halfway through. I was given a free advance copy of this audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.
