Anticipation

I experienced my first yoga nidra a few months ago with one of my local teachers. It was very new to me but it was entirely positive. I have just listened to the introduction and am looking forward to trying yoga nidra again. The narrator seems to have a calm soothing voice. Once I have tried the meditation, I may come back and adjust my rating .

Confusing

Very confusing as the Credits and actual meditations don't match so it's difficult to chose what to play

deep healing after trauma and anxiety

The whole family have needed yoga nidra at bed time it has been very healing
