Summary
Veganism and bodybuilding are not two words often paired together, but it can be done. One of the most common questions vegans are asked is "Where do you get your protein?", a necessary part of any bodybuilders diet. Vegan Bodybuilding and Nutrition was written to answer questions as such. Here is what you can expect from this book:
- A concise discussion about the vegan diet, including the health benefits and the concerns
- Tips on how to become a better vegan bodybuilder and overall athlete
- The knowledge needed to equip you for a long-term commitment to a vegan diet without compromising your bodybuilding goals
- Fifteen vegan recipes that you can use to help you with your muscle building and fat burning goals.
There is no better way to kick-start your transformative journey than to embrace the vegan revolution and rely on it to power your athletic and bodybuilding goals. Whether you are new or old to veganism or bodybuilding, this book will help you find your way to reaching your goals.

not impressed
What disappointed you about Vegan Bodybuilding and Nutrition?
felt more like a long article than a book, not much info about amounts to eat to get the same results as body builders that eat eggs and have whey protein, just listed the obvious about which food has protein, which foods have vitamins and etc. This book is for someone who has never heard of vegan diet before. This book didn't convince me to become a vegan... there was no reason given to become one....

Generalised Wikipedia article
The book presents generalised statements, and unreliable facts. The book quotes Wikipedia as it’s sources, which is definitely not the most educational read.
I would only suggest this book if you know nothing about veganism, or if you quickly need to prepare a C+ presentation on veganism at school.
