Super useful audiobook!
I had a stomach ache for a bit lately, a few months ago, I did my blood analysis, and I brought them to the doctor.
He obviously said that they are fine, but I do not imagine things.
Looking for some info on the internet, I found this audiobook; it seemed written just for me: it explains quite straightforwardly the bloodwork without getting me anxious, and I am more confident about speaking with my doctor now and find a solution together.
A must-listen

Very informative reference guide
As someone who is into health and wellness and recently just had my annual checkup, I think this is a great overview of the bloodwork. I learned a lot from going through this guide. I think a lot of time many people get nervous when they go to the hospital. This is not only due to the worry related to treatment cost but also trying to understand medical jargon. This reference guide will help take care of the latter worry as it breaks down your bloodwork result into layman term to help you understand your physical health better. One thing I would like to see for this guide is the source where the references are based on. The number such as the ones from lipid panel may reflect the NIH National Cholesterol Education Program optimal targets for lipid levels or it may reflect a recommendation from other organizations.
