the ultimade nutrition guide
I have read a lot of nutrition book and audiobook, but this one is my absolute favorite. I loved this audiobook and found it so interesting! I believe we don’t talk enough about how complicated nutrition can be, this audiobook does a fantastic job at breaking down the information and making it easily understandable. Growing up, my mom always shared tips and recipes on having a healthy nutrition. Still, this book had so much many new information and explanations on how it makes a difference to our bodies. This book is an excellent guide for beginners and people who want to elevate their nutrition, which also means a healthy body. I recommend this audiobook to anyone !

Discover Nutritional Essentials
This audiobook is exactly what I was looking for: a straightforward guide to vitamins and minerals. Each chapter focuses on a different vitamin, starting with a list of benefits and followed by symptoms of deficiency. I love the sections that list foods high in each vitamin—super helpful! It covers 25 vitamins and minerals, outlining their health benefits, signs of deficiency, and the best food sources. Some of the information was familiar to me, but I also learned a lot of new things. If you're like me and want to boost your nutrition, this book is a great place to start.
