Best for begineers.

Great book, very informative. Good information. Slightly repetitive if you are already familiar with macroing but its still a good refresher and resource to have around.

This book is incredible!

This book is incredible! One of the hardest things about weight loss is that there is so much misinformation about it. This book debunks the gimmicks and gets into the science of eating well and exercising! I had no idea how wrong everything I was doing was! Its great too because it takes you past weight loss and actually to exercises to to maintain your end goal.

Impossible to follow as Audible book

This is an impossible listen as the chapters aren’t titled & it’s impossible to navigate … waste of money!
