Heart centered and honest
Matt Kahn at his best with giving immediately applicable advice for living at my optimal from my heart center at any given time, that spreads palpable ripples throughout my being, how I view my past and how life around me feels. This time Matt 'gave' heartfelt bare recounts from his own life with his unique palette of depth, immense compassion for his younger self and sense of humor. Layerex as always I will go to it several times.

Fantastic!

I thought this book was amazing. It was the perfect book for the right time in my life.
This book will remind you of maybe what you already know but you forget or maybe it might make you look at things differently, in a new way. either way this book will help you in your life.

Helpful
This audio book was an interesting listen. It was perhaps a little too spiritual for me at times but I thought there was some useful insights in it. It helped with seeing some things from a slightly different angle and it wasn't patronising. I think so often with titles of this kind, a magic-bullet type of answer is sought by the reader. I'm convinced that magic bullets don't exist in the genre but instead there are small nuggets of gold to be mined from multiple sources.
