Chapeau! To Lee Harris and his team .
My warm gratitude also, to Lee's helpers, the 'Z's. I hv thoroughly enjoyed my auditory journey. The interactive mini writing assignments, meditations and affirmations have certainly helped with my rediscovery of 'Self'. It is audible book that I shall return to time and time again; it is like my invisible guide. 🙏🏾💕

Life changer Energy does speak.
This audio book is brill. Not only because of content but Lee narrating. His voice is peaceful. I like how each chapter is a topic, either health relationships money etc. Easy to move between topics. The channelling of the ZZZs energy is interesting and I felt as if they are on my side and there is nothing to worry about. Also the chapter about childhood and guilt I found very helpful. Thank you Lee

Love lees work with the Z’s
As a follower of lee for nearly 10 years now I have found his guidance and work with the z’s not only brilliantly helpful but also in line with what humanity needs. I have followed others but intermittent, finding only sometimes their relevance. The z’s keep bringing us back to love and always so helpful in finding the feelings and words to help us to do that. It always resonates.... ALWAYS

I can’t stop listening to this beautiful book
Wow what a book! I was feeling so alone and drained by the energy shift of the universe,that I felt weak andand scared. I just listen to Lee and his friends the z’s, that allow me to stop and refocus my attention on the beauty around me and inside me. I wish I had picked up this book before!!

So uplifting
I hear it when I go running or hiking and come back home really in a great mood with the energy uplifted.
So many visualization practices and the narration is extremely good.
