Summary
Awaken your inner healer, transform conflict, and embrace our ever-changing world with confidence and compassion.
Love thy neighbor. Lovingkindness. The love of the universe. From traditional religions to new spirituality, love is the foundation on which all practice rests. We all embrace the idea of love … and then we get on social media. Or read the news. Or visit family.
Whether divided by race, gender, sexual orientation, identity preference, or opinion, the incredible moral and social chasms in our world have become a source of pain and confusion for so many people. We know that love and unity are beautiful ideals, but the question remains: How do we get there?
In what may be his boldest and bravest work yet, bestselling author Matt Kahn invites us to see our differences as golden opportunities to explore the depth of our interconnectedness. Offering wise insights and tangible tools, Matt teaches us how to remain aligned with our highest truths and values while we hold space for the experiences of others.
Throughout the program, Matt shares ten essential principles—mercy, worthiness, bravery, and more—that help us access the highest and most loving qualities within ourselves and those around us. Each chapter contains personal stories and real-world applications, guiding us to reach into our own hearts and give one another the respect, validation, and encouragement needed to make it through the evolutionary shifts before us—shifts into greater unity and greater love.

Great book
insightful guidelines on how to nourish self-love and unconditional love for others. Commitments statements/affirmations are very empowering at the end of each topic/chapter. I found the listen pleasant and definitely worth revisiting in my journey to see and feel love for all and all for love!

A Loving & generous perspective
I love Matt Khan and his teachings. So many great nuggets of wisdom to process. I genuinely feel like I’ve grown as a human being after reading this. Will definitely go back when I’m feeling out of sorts with people around me. No matter what has happened everything will be put right in the end.

A true gem and a must read for empaths
I've always found putting my emotions into words tough. As a child, I remember fuming in my bedroom wondering why I couldn't feel anything. I felt broken and disconnected from my emotions for a long time and this book has finally put into words and validated what my childhood self was going through.
For anyone working through turbulent emotions within themselves, or holding space for a loved one, this book is a must. It really helped me to disentangle myself from the messy emotions around me and see things from a more elevated perspective. Hopefully, it can help you to do the same.
Thank you Matt for pouring your heart and soul into this masterpiece of a book!

Wow.. ok
So that took me 5months to get through while taking some healing corse at the same time. I found this wonderful and supportive to listen to in helping me with the other inner work I was undertaking at the time. I’ve already recommended this to others and will be back to listen again I’m sure. Thank you Matt for being apart of my Journey, lots more to go but I’m so much closer to healing and connecting back with my family 🙏🏼

Hard to listen to
While I value the message(s) of the book, I found it really hard to listen to. Kept finding myself drifting off. Somehow dull or monotonous or deflating for me. Perhaps this book is easier read the listened to? In any case, I do have a lot of respect for Matt Kahn. Would have appreciated more of his uplifting energy and humour in this book!
