Slow start but what an ending

I was getting a little restless with this book at first .. I wasn’t connecting to it , but I stayed with it as I love Simon’s books and love the Ruth Hunter series .

But stay with it .. I think how these two youngsters battled in every direction I totally applaud Ruth’s actions ..

Excellent narration and later on today I will start the next book in the series and cannot wait 😁😁

Rollercoaster….

Proper rollercoaster of a storyline that was really sad, but also uplifting & the Sarah storyline is really twisting around now too… Narration from Deryn is top notch as always!!
