This very interesting and helpful book focuses on relationship improvement through understanding different love languages and personality types. Deeply intimate

Enjoyed this book very much and definitely will refer it. I especially loved the Gems of personality as it was unique and very introspective. I have always loved my birthstone but now I have a personality gemstone as Well.

relationship must-have!

This audiobook was wonderfully unique. The concept of 'personality gems' was particularly fascinating. The author has a great perspective on actually appreciating relationships. My husband and I listen to this together, and we both feel like we've had better communication and conflict resolution in the past week. It also addresses recognizing unspoken needs - something we both struggle with. I know that men and women understand the complexities of relationships in different ways, and this audiobook does a great job of addressing and teaching those 'little things' you don't always think of naturally. A great listen!

Amazing advice

The chapter on self awareness was key for me. I have struggled for a long time to find a relationship that works, mainly because I have not done any work on myself and my own happiness. I went from relationship to relationship and to some extent was dependent on that partner to make me happy. This audio made me realise that happiness is an inside job and that starts with having the self awareness to look within before looking for it through external partners. This audio has changed my view on myself and my relationships will change for the better as a result. The rest of the audio is full of gold. Highly recommended.

I needed this audiobook

My wife and I have been married for 5 years, but we have been together since high school. So we know each other's personalities extremely well, but there is always room for learning more, and this audiobook definitely did that for me. Not so much as discovering new aspects of my wife's personality, but helping me change my perspective on some aspects of my wife's personality to not be a nuisance, but really a hidden gem :) I always appreciate when an audiobook will leave me thinking for days afterwards, and this one will definitely do that for me. No matter where you are at with your romantic partner or future romantic partner, this audiobook is definitely a great one to listen to!

Original audiobook and very helpful!

This audiobook is excellent as it covers the topic of love and personality like no other book I have read or listened to. I was very impressed by Gary's take on the subject, and the content he has conveyed has given me a much better outlook and understanding of love going forward.

I loved all of the chapters, but one that stood out to me was relationship compatibility, as I heavily related to this. I have made mistakes in the past with people I was not compatible with, and from listening to this section, I see where I went wrong and now know what to look out for. I thought the chapter "Personality Gems" was really cool! I had never heard of this concept before and enjoyed learning something new and figuring out what personality I am. This part makes this audiobook stand out from the rest. The strategies to build and maintain lasting relationships will surely prove to be invaluable if you follow them correctly, and I appreciate these being included in the book. I will definitely implement them in my love life in the future. Overall, fantastic book!
