Good for first timer self help books
A nice book. I was able to follow along, learn and understand everything in the book. The only downside was that most of the things seemed a little repeated and had read it before. In general, if you are reading a first self help book in this space, it would give you a general guidance, Job well done!!

Understand Yourself Better
I’ve often found myself feeling overwhelmed by my emotions and struggling to connect with people. So this book really helped me to understand myself better. It also showed my how to develop resilience for when I have to face tough situations.
I liked that this material was split into two parts: one on emotional intelligence and the other on mental toughness. It helped organize the information in my mind better so that I never felt overwhelmed.
What I also liked, is that each section lays out clear steps to improve your emotional skills and mental strength. I’ve started trying them out, and I can already see a difference in how I handle things! Especially the way it helped me recognize my own emotional triggers, so that I can respond better instead of just reacting.
I think this is a great tool to really understand your emotions and strengthen your mindset and I highly recommend it.
