Wonderfully helpful!

I am in my 30s but am postpartum and find senior workouts like this gentle and right for me, too! I have been wanting to do legit pilates in a class setting, but it seems out of reach with price and time, and I am not strong enough to go in confidently. This is a great place to start, I enjoyed it and will keep listening and do it again and again. Great listen!
