Break the Silence

I appreciate that the author put together this book, as it is needed in today's world for women! Women are taught to be silent about their pelvic pain and end up carrying around unnecessary shame and guilt. This book unmasks this fact and shows women that they do not need to carry unnecessary shame & guilt around, as women's bodies carry all of life's muck in the womb area, which then can also manifest into chronic pelvic pain. It goes over how the use of yoga can help release trapped emotions, helps you to understand pelvic dysfunction/pain, and so much more. This is a fantastic resource & I highly recommend it.

So helpful for getting past my hangups

This was an enlightening audiobook that really helped me move past some of the puritanism of my ancestry to help me embrace my root chakra. I especially enjoyed chapter 6 because I have felt an affinity for many of the crystals mentioned, in particular, rose quartz, and this helped explain why that has a powerful alignment with the roots of the pelvic floor. Fascinating!

Excellent book!

Not sure about you, but for me, pelvic floor means kegel exercises!
So I was definitely surprised to learn more about pelvic floor and how yoga can help with that.

The exercises are clear and the pdf that comes with the audiobook makes it much easier to follow. You will definitely feel a difference, not only physically, but emotionally as well.
