Perspective changing, this book is essential!
This book helped me through a time of personal struggle in my life when I was losing satisfaction in both my personal and professional life, realizing that money is not the core of my motivation. Using the tools laid out in this book, I learned how to control aspects of my life to avoid the dreaded burnout. Most importantly, is to find the root of the issues we face in the workplace… this is something I wasn't even paying attention to. It has helped me in several ways!

Way to Get Success through Motivation!

Prevention Is Better Than Cure!
Are you tired of the struggling routine of your workplace? Maybe yes, because everybody feels burnout at a particular time. As we pretend better self of us in the office and in that race we sometimes forget our own identity. This is a great guide to to make you feel relax and it will highly encourage you to manage your mental health along workplace and home.

Candid and Clear!
The audiobook is information on burnout especially the ones that are not physical. There has been so much stress that causes burnout which comes in many forms that the book explains and they are not that obvious. Identifying the root of the stress was a helpful information, as burn out starts small and grows as working from home has increased. The book is clear and candid as many false stories have not given the road mark. There are general questions in the book that helps navigate a new road map to thrive.

Balance Your Life.
We listen this phrase many times that Prevention is better than cure, so what actually it is? Can we relate it with our multiple roles in society? I think yes, this book is holding a lot of guidance for those who are playing multiple roles as professional person and then at home as a real person. This book is letting them know about how they can balance their life with pressure of work.
You will surely discover the way to make your work place less pressurizing after reading this book. As we all are humans and we demand for space at certain point to identify the lackness. So, it is highly recommended.
