Listen to this audible
I prepared for my presentation by using the strategies from the book. I practiced speaking in front of a mirror, paying close attention to my body language and appropriate breathing. I also imagined myself making an interesting and confident presentation. I was anxious the day of my presentation as well, but I was able to control myself and give a compelling speech. Even answering audience questions didn't feel like too much work for me.

I like that there are steps and it a slow process for you to fully understand the ideas. Recently, I tend to overthink all the time and it’s really stressing me out. I am thankful for the people around me and I would also to send my gratitude to the author of this book because it helped me a lot to overcome my problems.

Great Resource!!
I am truly amazed by this Audiobook, the seven steps provide an organized approach to deal with stress and restore mental balance. The advice in this book is really practical, which makes it stand out. It is a clear and realistic manual that will assist you in applying mindfulness, relaxation, and peace into your everyday life rather than just abstract ideas.
The author's focus on long-term solutions rather than a quick fix is what I find most admirable. It is genuinely helpful to focus on developing a solid foundation for mental health and developing self-awareness and self-compassion. <3
