Stuff to think about

I personally really liked it. It was so nice to hear about actual facts my previously starved brain and body could get behind! It have given me alot to think about, and changed my perspective on certain things.

Life changing (and I’m not being dramatic )

I have needed this book all my life , I’m a self confessed yo-yo dieter but not anymore ! My mindset has completed changed thanks Graeme and his practical , human approach to fat loss . Thank you fitness chef x

Stunning

One and only weigh-loss book that we all shoud read ! I lost a lot of precious time in the past, focusing on miagical rulez and BS advices from the internet - which left me frustarted, angry and binging in the end. The answers and tools in this book are real and simple and we all know them but we think that keto or vegan diets will make us skinny in one night with no effort or calorie deficit. While the smart choices and flexible well educated mind is the key. Know you why, and remeber guys CARBS will not make us fat (our parents were wrong )

Good advice

Refreshingly free of quick fix approaches to losing weight. As someone who lost a lot of weight over a period of 18months I feel Graeme is really articulating a lot of my own practices and ideas which I just didn't have the knowledge or ability to express. What did shock me was the number of people who badgered me for the "magic" secret of my weight reduction. This book has given me the tools to answer them and to maintain my own choices. Thank you.

This book is a must for anyone that’s tried every diet/plan/potion and not had much success. This could change your life. Brilliant advice, motivating and loved the story about Ron. Well done The Fitness Chef.

Life Changing!!!

Sir. You are a legend. Your book has literally changed my life. I am now listening to it for a second time as a mantra. Everything you have written has debunked so much of what I thought I knew in my entire life. I am starting to see results and am so relaxed about food. My relationship with food is so much better and I am not ‘afraid’ of being hungry, because in short I’m not. My poor mother passed away 16 years ago because of the lack of education and absolute twaddle that she had been told. I am therefore teaching my kids the facts about nutrition. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I will definitely be writing to the queen so you get your mbe!!! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge!!
