Brian did it again!
loved this book from start to the absolute end. My second book of Brian's and I know I'm in for a good listen each time. I will read this again and again. Someone knows what they are talking about and there is pure comfort in that. Thanks Brian.

Engrossed from beginning to end, this book contains in digestible format all you'll ever need to know on how to reach and maintain your personal fitness and nutrition goals with Brian's pragmatic approach and highly informed experience and knowledge.
A must read/listen and one to keep going back to!!!

This guy knows his stuff
Fantastic book! I got through the audio book in a couple of days while walking the dog and doing household chores! I have read so many fitness books before and thought I knew it all but I genuinely learned a lot from it, I loved the fact that he came across as a teacher not a preacher. He simply presented the facts. Highly recommend.

Another masterpiece
As ever truly inspiring.
Always gets me motivated.
Love Brian’s style.
He talks so eloquently and clearly.
I’ve been to his seminars and he does talk really fast in real life, I can hear his little quirks coming through.
I am going to have to listen again as there are soooo many things to take in.
I really want to share this book to all my friends that still go to slimming clubs!!
There’s so much info in here.
Thanks Brian.
I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is lost and needs some advice. And also to read his first book too. Rewire your mindset. Which I am now going to do. As well as set a goal and a Y!
