But behind the scenes, as a Black woman within an industry and team with little diversity, Leigh-Anne was struggling with her identity and felt completely lost. Having spent 2011-2022 as a part of Little Mix, one of the most popular girl bands in the world, Pinnock is no stranger to fame.
