Whether it is the death of someone close, a break-up, a divorce, or any other tragic event, there are stages to the healing process. This meditation is designed for that overwhelming stage of grief in which one has surrendered to and accepted the event and is filled with emotions that seem to have no outlet.

In this meditation, our goal is to help you tap into your intuition, your subconscious, your higher self. In other words, the part of you that knows what your unique individual needs, desires and purpose truly are. The inspiration behind the imagery used for this exercise is snow - the silence of it, but also its visual stimulation, helps clear the mind of clutter and allows the inner voice to be heard.
