What did you learn from your father? Do you wish you had listened to him more? What if you could ask anything of him now?The four fathers podcast started when four friends, all fathers themselves, started to explore these and other questions. This soon led to other fathers sharing their stories and experiences and the podcast was born.Each episode starts with the same set of basic questions then develops into revealing and sometimes surprising conversations that help us understand ourselves and, in turn, our relationships with our own children.

Four black fathers who have become dads again during lockdown & in their late 30's talk everything from fatherhood to football & every dad's dream of their son becoming a footballer. With 2 Liverpool & 2 Arsenal supporters there is bound to be some light hearted banter along the way...

S4F is truly about bringing all the fathers and "Daddy" issues to this platform to come up with solutions as a collective. No matter what race you are as a father let us build this platform as a community and more importantly a brotherhood for bettering each other for the coming generations one talk at a time. Hello I am Antwan Hicklen, I am a family man first and son second. I have had my own issues growing up as a son, but also as a new father of a 1yr old son. I created this platform for YOU (fathers) to join to talk it up on being the greatest father we can be moving forward!

We believe that becoming a great dad requires work and community, and we hope that our podcast will help with both. We all love being dads but know that it is very hard work, but we are up to the task. We hope we can help by having frank and open conversations about everyday fathering. Here's to being great dads!
