    I tell this to every client when they first join my program.

    & a lot of times, I have to keep reminding them as they go through my program.

    Your old habits. Your old routine. Your old friends. Your old decisions. Your old SELF has gotten you to the place you are today.

    & if the place you are today is NOT the place you want to be.

    The only option you have is to change your habits, routine, friends & SELF.

    Whatever that looks like. YOU are in control. IF you can just out last your old self long enough to get to your new self.

    I’d bet on you. Would you bet on you??!!
