    Mindfulness

Welcome to Episode 11 of the Stripped Away Podcast. In this episode, I will be discussing and leading you through several different mindfulness exercises.

When we go through emotional pain and stress it can be stored in our bodies on a cellular level. This episode is experiential and will give you a chance to practice techniques that will bring your body into alignment and calm your nervous system. It is my hope to introduce this practice and process to others as a way to experience deeper healing and relaxation.

Find a quiet, comfortable space and let’s learn how to let go of some of the stress and pain our bodies may be holding onto.

    It really is simple:

In this episode, I interview my son Maxx as he shares the importance of childlike faith and intentional kindness.

As we age, we tend to over overcomplicate the gospel and sharing our faith. Take a listen as we break down the meaningful approach of simply taking a few minutes to see and notice those around us. The cost is small but the impact can be life changing. We never know what a kind word or smile might do to change another persons life forever.
