    4. Practise Journaling daily, focusing on Gratitude.

    3.Wimhof breathing exercises

    4.Meditation - Head Space on Netflix

     5.Journaling

    Essential questions you can ask yourself and answer to while journaling:

    1.   What advise would I give some one in my exact situation?

    2.   Remove limiting beliefs - What would I do if I was fearless?

    3.   The power of now - What or who do I need to start saying no too?

    4.   Forgiveness - Who am I still angry now/who do I need to forgive?

    5.   What seemed important to me 10 years ago that isn’t anymore?
