    With a stern warning of the dangers of overstaying our welcome in this hazardous territory, the Warrior Queen leads the way, accompanied by an entourage of inner selves including Shame, Anger, Fear, Hurt and Pain, Guilt, Grief, Wounded Children, spiritual children, inner children, and more.


    Together, we explore the symptoms of comparisonitis, a common affliction that can leave us feeling inadequate, envious, and disconnected from our true selves.


    The Warrior Queen sheds light on the harmful effects of constantly measuring ourselves against others and offers a remedy for breaking free from the cycle of comparison.

    In Episode 2 of "Letter to My Selves," we explore the fierce resistance Ego exhibits on the eve of the Warrior Queen's 'becoming'.


    Why does Ego, sensing the impending transformation, kidnap Fear and make her fearful, preventing her from becoming fearless? This resistance leaves my entire being paralyzed and unable to move forward.


    Join me as I unravel the reasons behind Ego's strong opposition to change and its desperate attempts to maintain control.
